"This place is a true gem, from the staff to the food to the rooms. It is outstanding. I would caveat that it’s not for everyone, there are limited options of food, there’s no room service, and some of the staff returns home every night. If you’re expecting a 24 seven full attention luxury resort this is not the place if he wants somewhere that is of exceptional quality with a lot of space for yourself and a bit more relaxed this is great. "We had a great stay at Fiji palms the staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful, the garden staff do such a great job of maintaining the beautiful grounds, the restaurant staff Elvin, Dee, Linda to mention a few there were others who we didn't grab their names that were all fantastic, the reception staff helped us work out bus routes and tours and were so knowledgeable they made the stay so relaxing and the perfect place to unwind not overrun with tourists, close to shops and a dive centre....

Drawer was broken, water from bathroom leaked and came in the room, iron was not working properly, it was overall dirty and bad condition. Linens and towels looked beige and stained. Very convenient to the city and other central favorites though. "
