"If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! "

"We had a terrific stay at Lameshur Cottage! It was relaxing & comfortable, and in a quiet location for exploring the east end of St John. There are neat little groceries nearby to cook for yourself, but also places to eat out not far in Coral Bay.We enjoyed being so close to the great snorkeling in Salt Bay Pond and great birding opportunities. "This place has everything and was much bigger than anticipated. 2 large balconies, enjoyed hanging out at night listening to the frogs and the many iguanas that hang out at the top of the trees in the morning. Everything is included for your stay including beach chairs/coolers and a hose for washing sand off. Even included sunscreen.To help the next person use maps and put SSV Air-b-n-b as the directions. The driveway is steep but we managed with a compact car. Another note there are 2 TV's...

The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. We saw 18 “life” species on the island, 14 of which we saw from the expansive deck. Hosts were very personable, with good recommendations on places to bird, eat and snorkel. It helped that they had snorkel equipment and beach towels for our use. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay....

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is the perfect mix of cozy and well-equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for great sleep. We spent every morning on the deck with coffee; the sunrise views are breathtaking and make every step of those stairs completely worth it.The property felt like a secluded tropical retreat. "If you love nature and like to be away from it all this is the place! The only sounds we heard were birds. Charming. Comfortable. Far out enough to feel like you are the only people on the island but close enough to Coral Bay Restaurants, Beaches and Grocery stores. No TV. Good WiFi though. "If you want an amazing view, the most comfortable bed, with Trunk Bay and other beaches right down the road, book this place. We came home rested and loved our time on St John. There is easy parking, beach chairs, coolers, etc. for use. We spent so much time on the balcony! My husband has mobility issues, and there are many stairs to navigate, but he did fine. "Our stay was incredible. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so nice to be able to grab our chairs and snorkel gear and just go as soon as we got there. The caretakers were available at any time to answer our questions and give suggestions on our plans. We will be back!!"

"We enjoyed the stay at Sugarview Villa. Loved the Coral Bay area, great local businesses. Not to far from a variety of beaches. A few minor issues with the dryer and water coming in the slider door in a downpour but nothing that would stop us from booking again. Loved the donkeys that came to visit!"
