"An amazing location with our room overlooking the ocean. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We used the complimentary kayaks and paddled out to the nearest island, rented a scooter and went snorkeling and hung out at the town square, Alu-Alu. Had some very fresh lobster, shrimp and squid. The room was fantastic. "

"We could not reach CasaVelion due to Covid restriction, the management decided to keep the whole amount of our stay without any kind of refund. The reservation did not allow cancellation, I am aware about this, but for this extraordinary and dramatic event I would expect an extraordinary behaviour. "I was staying for family vacation, the greatest thing is location, and as old hotel it has great space in the room. But yes as old hotel the facilities also been old, pool is small, and the toddler pool is not kind of clean, and for the area with carpet will smell like moldy anywhere. Anyway all the staff was giving very good service and quick action on our need."

"I didnot realize this hotel condition is very old and dirty now. This hotel used to be my favorite hotel before covid. Time changed. Not anymore. I would rather stay at Tentrem Hotel if I know there is Tentrem nearby. So sorry. Lobby staff are very friendly. Some staff in breakfast area seemed not happy to be there. Room ran down. Bathroom is very dirty and old. Good thing is in the mall. Not very secure because public can in and out from shopping entrance door and very shock when elevator not secured from that side. I dont know it’s only that night or always been like that without none pay attention. Unfortunately will not come back even for free. So sorry."
