"منتجع ممتاز جداً وهادي ولاتوجد أي فعاليات بالداخل ،، والأكل غير حلال بجميع المطاعم فقط تطلب اكل بحري وسلطه وتطلب منهم فقط الطبخ بـ زيت زيتون لانهم يضيفون زيت الخنزير ع جميع الطبخ حتى البحري للاسترخاء انصح فيه ،، شباب فقط لا انصح فيه أبداً ."

"The whole experience was enjoyable, just like we experienced last year. We come here on our return from visiting family and pamper ourselves a couple of days before the long flight home. This establishment will remain our first choice. Thanks to the entire staff."

"The place was clean and comfortable for two people max. The only downside is the communication between the host. It takes at least 24hrs to get a reply back. Honestly, if you are staying for few days 5 days max, it should be no problem as you would not need cleaning or fresh towels. I would have given this place 5 out of 5 if I was staying for 5 days or less. I booked for almost a month. If you stay more than a week then I recommend looking for other places as communication is poor. I asked for...

"We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton which was a lovely treat before flying back home. My partner and I had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and outstanding quality. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We both made use of the spa for a massage which was so good and the staff in the spa were also amazing."

"No hot water in the bathroom, we had to run the bath and shower for over 25 mins each time before any hot water came, then it was only luke warm. Very disappointing. Room cleaners were not consistent with their routine answers had at ask for more water and plates etc"

I wished I could have...

"Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Mactan Cebu. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel was also beautiful! The only thing I would mention is that I booked the hotel thinking it was directly near the beach based on the photos and description. It is not actually beachfront, and you either need to take the hotel shuttle or walk about 10 minutes to reach the beach. I personally didn’t mind the walk, but I did find the...
