I really enjoyed my stay at Movenpick Cebu. The food was absolutely delicious at breakfast, lunch, and dinner — every meal was a highlight! The service was excellent, with staff who were always friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. A special shoutout to Lester and all the lovely staff in the restaurant — you were the best! The hotel has a beautiful beach and pool, and the pool table and ping pong table are great facilities for both young and old. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Newtown shops, but taxis are very affordable if you prefer not to walk. The only downside was that our room felt a little dated, although it was still very clean. I believe some rooms have already been renovated, so I’d definitely request one of those next time. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommend!

Great hotel

A beautiful stay. We had flights canceled and had to find accommodation, we were so happy to have stayed here the staff made everything so easy and relaxing for us. Melch, Hennessy, and Bj in particular, nothing was a problem. The managers were checking in throughout our stay to make sure all was ok. The facilities are great, it’s clean and the food is very good definitely do the breakfast here.

The place is clean, well managed, has a private beach, very secure, and the hotel staff very polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again next time .

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very clean stylish and compact hotel. Staff is quite friendly and also support for customers. But it’s pity that beach side bar is still under construction. And it looks old for some area. Breakfast and dinner are great and tasty. But no daily change menu for breakfast. If some menu will be changed as daily, it’s quite preferable.
