"Super Hotel!"

"Staff were extremely pleasant and generally very helpful, although offers of help were sometimes not followed through on (actuallyreturning with a requested 2nd cup of coffee, blanket, etc). Important for travelers to recognize that this is a decidedly kid – friendly resort. This can be a positive or negative thing since things can get pretty chaotic and noisy, particularly in the dining areas at meal time. "Excellent property. Great Cretan food"

"Ein tolles Hotel in guter Lage Wir sind grade zurück von unserem Urlaub im Minoa Palace Hotel. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge in die Gegend. "Very happy with the service & staff at this hotel!"

"Great hotel with amazing amenities. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s walking distance from the city centre."

"The location was very good, Staff were friendly and helpful. I like the hot tub however if the pool with heated water will be much better"

The swimming pool area was better than in the photos , and pleasant enough to spend time lounging around. The inclusive breakfast was very good, with a wide range of hot and cold options to choose...

"Das Essen war durchschnittlich. Gut aber kein Highlight."
