"Everything was great except one thing. Hotel was clean, pool was wonderful. Plenty of chairs and towels. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was super friendly and nice and helpful. One negative was there would be a sewer smell that would come from the toilet in our room (404). It did get stronger at night. Covering the toilet seat somewhat stopped the smell. Unsure if it's in all the rooms or just the one we were in. We were only there for two nights and only smelled it the 2nd night so unsure if it was a random occurrence."

"Very clean and always comfortable"

"The Suite was large and very comfortable. Had a nice view from our balcony minus the bird poop…something that can’t be avoided at the beach. The bonus was an elevator ride one floor down and many shops and places to eat. There were two skylight windows that brought in the morning sun. I even got a call from one of the staff members in regards to a package I forgot in a drawer which they are sending to me. The pool was the only thing that didn’t seem inviting. It was adjacent to a marina. I went twice and I was the only one there other than the birds."

"The unit is beautiful, clean, with great views. The bridgeless island is not for everyone- a unique experience of quiet, old Florida. No cars, crowds, stores, or restaurants, and miles of often empty beach. The private ferry runs every hour during the day to enjoy the local restaurants and activities on the mainland. Kristin was a very responsive host."

"We made a quick trip south to experience tarpon fishing at Boca Grande. This house is about 9 minutes from the marina where many boats launch and less than 20 minutes from downtown, restaurants and bars. This house provided comfortable lodging and was clean and tidy. Kitchen is well stocked. And if you and your family/friends are looking for more than just a comfortable house, the host has provided you with all the “toys” - grill, beach gear, etc. There is absolutely nothing to do in Rotonda West area but if your goal is affordable, comfortable, quiet and yet access to Boca Grande, this is a great choice. "
