"Overall, we had a decent stay. The area was nice, and the property was clean overall. Having the canal right outside was a nice feature, and it’s about a 40-minute drive to an actual beach, which wasn’t too bad.There were a few minor issues during our stay. The AC wasn’t always working properly, and the hot tub had a wooden board placed over it. Unfortunately, water collected underneath the board and completely filled with mosquito larvae, which was definitely unpleasant.The listing also mentions a dock, but there really isn’t a dock—it’s more of a small bench area where you can sit by the canal. It wasn’t terrible overall, and there were definitely some positives, but there are a few things that could be improved.Unfortunately, I did have to cut my trip short because I became pretty ill, so I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the rest of my stay."

"This is our 2nd stay and it totally met our needs. Freddie was excellent in his communication. The home is immaculate and well appointed. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. We will be back for sure!"
