"We enjoyed our stay. The home had more than enough room for the five of us. It was exceptionally clean! We often pack things we are certain we may want or need while at a rental home. However, we didn’t need any of it. This house has everything you could possibly need which is a rare find in a rental home. The location of this home was a huge bonus. Our favorite beach was less than 20 minutes away. Grocery stores and great restaurants are all located within a short driving distance. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. The host was exceptional. Questions were answered with little to no wait time. The host made us feel welcome and that our comfort was important. We had a great time and would love to stay here for future vacations."

"This place is a gem. Quiet neighborhood, well appointed with everything you could possibly need (and then some!). Spotlessly clean. Wonderful, responsive host. Situated on a lovely property with a pond and lush foliage to the rear of the pool area. Beautiful sunsets. Close to Manasota beaches. Beach chairs/umbrella and even a shark tooth digging scoop are provided. Bicycles as well. So many birds! No sign of Alfred the alligator. Highly recommend."

"The property is within an established community of which we are familiar with as we come to play golf. The property backs onto a canal full of wildlife, we regularly saw alligators. The pool is of a good size and not overlooked. The property has 2 large TVs, one of the reasons we picked it allowing hubby to watch the world cup and me to relax and watch other programmes. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, we made full use of it eating all our meals at the property. Each room has a ceiling fan which we found essential as it was extremely hot on our visit. Washing machine and dryer are situated in the garage. We played golfa at the Rotonda Golf and Country Club, 5 courses all within a short drive from the property. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. We would definitely stay here again."

"House was clean and everything in great working order. All the little things really add up! We appreciated the coffee bar and spices. We did cook and the kitchen utensils, pans etc were nice. Towels are nice, plush and absorbent. Super glad for separate beach/pool towels as well. Thanks for the water. It got us by until we could get to the store. I also recommend Lipinski’s Tavern!"

"This place was absolutely perfect for our mini staycation. It is a great value. The house was very clean, and everything was exactly as described. Our host (Alex) was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Absolutely fantastic place! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We loved the quiet location on a peaceful dead-end street, and it was such a unique experience to see a family of gators living behind the property. The beach was only about 15 minutes away, and grocery stores and restaurants were conveniently close by. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would not hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!"
