Always available via text when we needed him, but we never really needed anything because they have it all. Short easy walk to the beach and pretty sunsets from the kayak launch area. Highly recommend! "

"The cottage is easy to find and simple to access. We had everything we needed to get started on our stay. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, everything was right there for us to use. And it really is just steps to the beach! The owners were quick to respond to any inquiry we had and helped provide many local attractions and restaurants. They were kind and courteous. Neighbors all respected the quiet zone which we really appreciated on our relaxing vacation. Pool was a wonderful bonus to relax in after a hard day of soaking up the sun on the beach. The beach is beautiful and nothing beats a Gulf Coast sunset! Shells and sharks teeth aplenty! I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Mom and i traveled from Wisconsin to celebrate her 86th birthday.We flew into Sarasota and it was an easy drive using google maps. The house is very well decorated and had everything we needed for the week. There are so many restaurants and shopping in close vicinity. The beach is just a short walk across the street, and never felt overcrowded. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided, along with any toys if traveling with children. I would recommend beach shoes as there are a lot of broken shells along the shoreline. During our stay we saw both dolphins and 2 manatees close to the beach. If i get a chance to bring mom to Florida again, i would definitely stay her again. "

"Excellent beach location.Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Swam or floated in the ocean every day. Beach usually had about 6 to ten people on it plenty of room to relax. Everyone friendly and quiet at nite! We are older so this was great! Condo itself clean and comfortable with walkin shower. AND VERY ERLL EQUIPPEDGood aircon superb ocean view"

"Chose this unit due to the access to the beach, but after booking we find out there is no access. A ten digit entry code is excessive. The "rules" by Vacasa didn't lend a carefree beach visit. Seemed like furniture and kitchen supplies were 2nd hand and cheap. Only one toilet paper roll for a stay was pretty frugal. We had to buy some. The couch/recliner was not comfortable at all.Unfortunately, other units were being remodeled so the construction noise was not relaxing. We understand that it should be done out of high season but we should have been notified."

"Had a great stay at sunburst!!! We were on the bay side with the pool which we used at least every day. There is still construction but overall the pool area was very nice and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely come back!!! "
