"This place was sufficient enough. It was clean and had most things you might need. We had a few issues but nothing that would prompt us to complain. We were unable to figure out how to get the jets working on the jacuzzi. Some of the light bulbs in the house were burned out. And the pans were not non-stick. One of the beds was really worn and sagging. The place definitely needs an upgrade. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced, basic place to stay, this will do the trick."

"The condo was in the perfect location..2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks to downtown Venice. The condo was in a quiet location and we were able to walk everywhere. The condo itself was extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Gayle was the perfect host and very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a wonderful month!"

"The location is great! Close to Venice ave with many restaurants and shops. A short walk to the jetty. The sunsets are beautiful. The condo is very nice and has everything you need. The communication with property manager was outstanding! You take the elevator down and walk out to the pool and the beach. Very relaxed atmosphere and people staying at complex all very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We stayed a month in the condo and enjoyed the views from the attractive eating nook as well as the over all location. Often we would watch surfers, kite sailors or dolphins as we dined. Our son and grandson came for two nights and had a big time shark tooth hunting. The condo is located near the jetty and not far from Venice beach where I enjoyed daily yoga classes. "We choose to stay at this property because of the proximity to Caspersen Beach. Location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance to Caspersen. Property is clean and has everything you need. The screen in back porch is was very enjoyable as well. Communication with host was great. We would stay here again in the future."

"We loved this unit. The bedroom and living room were a good size and the kitchen has everything you need. We walked everywhere. The unit is a block from the beach and 5 blocks from the restaurants and shopping in downtown Venice. As close as it is to everything, it is a very quiet neighborhood. We have stayed in this building before and would definitely stay in this unit again."

"Great location! Beautiful view, very nice pool. This efficency was very small but works. If i was them i would remove the corner shelves and put a dresser there. No place to put clothes except a small closet for hanging a few things! Description was not the most accurate. No bikes or kyaks to rent and no ice maker! The furniture they show is in the common room. Happy with vacation next time would get a bigger unit!"

"They were so accommodating at Tropical Villas. As part of your stay you had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, coffee pods, sand sifter, beach towels (all in your villa). On-site you have access to use bicycles and washer n dryer at no extra charge. The Elite Villa we stayed in had direct access to the enclosed bug free pool. Our room was extremly clean and reminiscent of old school Florida cottage. The grounds were lush and they even had a sweet little wild brown bunny who wondered around...
