"Large room. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff professional and friendly. Good food in restaurant. Great spa and gym facilities. Would recommend."

"Breakfast excellent with lots of choices and Sunday night dinner was really good and well prepared with the cost in line with other restaurants in the Chester area. Room clean and house keeping staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was generally first class."

"Great location really nice room, great experience"

"We were told they are fully booked and never had a room for us. They did not make an effort to inform us prior to arrival and suggested a hotel without consulting us in the middle of the night. It took a lot of arguing for us to finally accept a hotel acceptable to us 45 mins from the location of the hotel."

"Excellent Suite. Perfect for a visit to Liverpool. Right in the predestrianised precinct. Parking was only 2 min walk away. Highly recommend."

"Fantastic hotel, great staff. Leisure facilities very busy on Saturday afternoon but overall a great experience and stay"

"Needs a bar open on sunday afternoon lovely views but no bar to sit and take advantage of it"

On arrival staff (male) just ignored us when we went to check in so we went to the female who was ok. Both lacked any service skills. Room does not have air conditioning so got rather warm with the window open in October."

"Always my go-to for my trips to Liverpool and I'm not even a massive Beatles fan. :-) The property is very conveniently located and the rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Staff is always excellent and the breakfast offering is top notch."

"The staff are brilliant"

"Friendly staff, easy access, great location will be staying again"

"Nice stay."

"First time staying at Moxy Chester and we will definitely be back. Great location on the canal and literally minutes away from lots of bars and restaurants. The complimentary coffee machine down in the bar is a great touch. The room was modern, stylish and very clean with great toiletries included along with hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities etc The rooms are not very sound proofed so if you want to head up to bed early just be prepared for very loud music until midnight when it then...
