"We wanted to stay near Usa Shrine and Usa Station, so it was good location wise (5-minute drive to shrine, 2-minute drive to station) But from the price, we expected a nicer place. The room and onsen were quite outdated, but the staff was very kind and the food was good."

"The views of nature and the outside public onsen were beautiful and met our expectations. Excellent food. One suggestion is to provide an information booklet in English that explains the use of heating and cooling unit and the use of the TV."
