"A wonderful experience I felt like I stayed at a close friends cottage. Very nice staff. Great location easy walk to sunset watching, Main Street, or the waterfront. We did a two day tour through the property including a sunrise trip and couldn’t have been happier. Marcelo and Teraņj were fantastic we learned a LOT at our own pace in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. We absolutely would stay here again"

"Hotel on the island. Don't expect a look like in four seasons, for example, everything is very simple and ascetic. Clean, the staff tries to help you as much as they can. "I stayed here for 3 days at the end of my first trip To Chile. Everything was delightful! Dennis was a friendly server and the rest of the staff were all great! The Pisco sours at the bar are very authentic! My only complaint was that the steakhouse steak was too tough. It wasn’t at the hand of the chef, I think that management should reevaluate the quality of the meat being served. I paid something like $40 for an Argentine steak with high expectations only to be disappointed. Lastly, the room and beds are so comfortable! The breakfast is very good and again THE SERVICE IS WONDERFUL! I would definitely stay here again on my return to Santiago Chile!"
