The Staff are very helpful.

My wife and I loved the hacienda. It was beautiful farm, the service went above to make our visit amazing, and our room was very nice.

The hotel itself was wonderful. I didn't feel that Riobamba itself was a very interesting town but it was a good stopover point on my travels.

Clean room with a very comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Shower was nice and hot. Staff were kind and helpful.

Very nice hotel, though splurged as it was out of my budget. They do great work running a foundation to help people in Ecuador, so it was good to know that some of the money went to that. Not many options in town, and this was very nice, though so different from the surroundings of a humble little town.

Very good service !!, respectfully and prepared to serve to guest.
