"Lovely quiet place and close to ammenities"

"Overall we had a lovely stay whilst in Perth, however there were several things we weren’t impressed with. The main one being that the host was watching us when we left the house and would turn off the air conditioner. So we would come back to a house that was stifling hot (over 45 degrees) and it would take hours to cool it down.
