"Really appreciated having laundry and garage. Bed was comfortable. House needs alot of TLC. Dirty carpet, tile in bathroom broken in pieces, alot of paint touch up needed, shrub/tree growing between screen and glass of basement windows, screen door on porch needs help. Quiet neighborhood and close to bike trail and great coffee shop."
