"There is a strong strong disgusting smell of some sort from the minute the entrance door is opened and throughout the whole area. Sprayed deodorizer but didn’t help. Being a basement, one might expect some odor BUT an air purifier, freshener or a deodorizer would certainly help with that! We weren’t there that much and it provided a place to sleep so we made it! The advertising photos are deceiving and looked much nicer than it is, therefore misleading in every way. We wanted an extra blanket...

"We enjoyed our time at this property. We were in town for the Missouri State high school girls golf tournament. This was a much better option than any of the hotels located in Sedalia. It was just as advertised and the owner did a great job communicating to us on the front end. "
