"The space was bigger than I anticipated. The listing said “cozy” which typically means tiny, but there was a good amount of space. It is a basement apartment and there is a family, I’m assuming the host, residing upstairs. There are the usual sounds that go along with that, but nothing annoying. The water pressure was less than I’m used to, and the air conditioning was set lower than I expected (with no control by the guests), but overall, it was a great experience. "The property was nice. It was freshly renovated. Just as the previous review stated there could be more Towels. It would also be nice to have a few things like coffee, maybe change out to a single serve coffee maker and have a few pods to start as well as some sugarand coffee cups. But overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights over the Independence Day holiday to attend the Kenny Chesney concert at Arrowhead Stadium. We loved the location of the rental, within a 10 minute walk to the Main St. Area in Lee's Summit. It was also an easy drive to Arrowhead for the concert, about 30 minutes. The house is a bit aged, but overall, comfortable. The front couch/futon was not the best to sit for extended periods, but was good for our needs.
