"Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly and I liked that."

"When checking in, it took forever for a staff member to show up at the front desk. Once she did, she seemed super disoriented, confused, and careless. Everything in the room was filthy. Even the hallways had trash, furniture and people constantly taking up space. The bathroom was filthy and the water pressure in the sink was horrible. After mentioning it to the front desk lady,... she sent up a maintenance guy who told me that I was lucky to even have that type of water flow when other rooms had none. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the heating unit sounded like it was going to come flying off the wall. All throughout the night there were sketchy people out in the parking lot and lots of screaming. This was literally the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at, in my 33 years of life."
