"The hotel canceled the reservation without any reason just before my trip. I could not find any normal hotel. I had to spend 3 nights in a dirty container. I do not recommend !!!! A frivolous and irresponsible owner !!!!"

"Extremely disappointing stay. The property did not honor the reservation. Did not provide a shuttle pickup from the airport. Neither I nor Expedia could get in touch with the property via email or phone. The property and room is in disrepair. Electronic lock on the door did not work, outlets, and lights were not functioning. No running water at times during my stay. "

"This is a classy place. Enjoyed my unexpected one night stay due to a flight cancellation. "Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website."
