Everything about it was lovely and highly recommended! The heater was on which made the room hot. But we were able to turn it off and could sleep with windows open. Thank goodness it was cold outside. One cannot shift to AC mode.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maison 1642. The hotel was beautiful and sparkling clean. We believe it was recently renovated and it was so pretty. The location was great too. We would love to return and stay again at Maison 1642.

Newly renovated Hotel that has 5 stars room though decided to stay on a 3 star rating (with just 14 rooms they don't need a 24/7 front office staff, dedicated landline in every room, etc. etc. which are base requirements for a 4 Stars + rating...). Spacious, new, airconditioned, perfectly located, amazing breakfast, awesome staff, great bar prices... We will definitely go back when next in Burgundy The one caveat... The restaurant... Crystal and Orlando's staff are attentive and helpful Without being overly friendly or familiar. The dining was WAY better than expected and if you get the chance to chat with Michele (he's an ex-cruise associate) you won't be able to stop laughing ...he's hilarious. Bravo to all the folks at the chateau ...well done!

I loved how updated it was but kept to the architecture history. Very impressive.

This was a fantastic hotel, and drinking wine at one of the tables out by the vineyard was one of the best experiences we had on this vacation. They don't have a full restaurant, but they do sell wine and a cheese and meat plate, which is very nice (and served as our dinner one night). The small village where it is located, Aloxe-Corton, is very picturesque, but it does not have any restaurants or even a small store (there are other wine cellars, though, within a couple of hundred yards), so...

Habitación super limpia,todo nuevo,cama muy cómoda,recepción muy amable, si necesitas cualquier cosa, solo necesitas pedirlo,como por ejemplo un secador de pelo. Lo único que encontre muy justito fue el desayuno, ya que solo disponían de algunas pastas tipo croissant y dulces, mermeladas varias, y tres tipos de cereales.

A very nice hotel in a great and convenient spot on the wine route. We lived our spacious room. The staff was great, particularly Eva, who was so helpful. The spa is very nice, too. We will return.

Loved this apartment, has that home away from home feeling with its upstairs bedroom and very large bathroom.Tucked away from busy area but close enough to walk to all that Dijon had to offer. Great city with its Christmas markets and old world charm.The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant,she brought us a different French breakfast every morning at whatever time we wanted it brought to our room.My new home away from home whenever I go back to Dijon, loved the stay.

Awesome hotel!!!! Staff great and very welcoming!!! The parking was full but there is a parking garage right across the street and it was about the same cost. Very nice pool amd the room is amazing, very clean amd modern.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The parking worked out, even though limited. The hotel was on the edge of the part of town near attractions. The staff spoke English and was helpful with all needs including restaurant suggestions (although a bit far), reservations, extra pillows, ice and an ice bucket and washcloths (which is rare). The only downside was that all reservations were booked the first night in the hotel restaurant and it was closed the second night. It would have been...

A wonderful stay in the Burgandy region of France. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the service was beyond wonderful. Our breakfast was quite well apportioned with eggs, bacon, sausage, bread and cheese, sweet breads and excellent coffee.

Amazing property and wonderful staff.

Comfortable. Spacious room. Excellent service. Bar never closes. Great value. Far from the noisy streets but yet close to it all. The landscaping around the courtyard is extremely beautiful and meticulously taken cared of. I was really impressed by the service and attentive personnel. Be back again.
