"Great location for viewing Quilatoa. Staff was very attentive and room and dining facilities very clean. Food was included in the stay and good value for the price. The staff serving dinner and breakfast were very attentive, even made hot milk for me to add to my coffee. My only complaint would be that our room had an enclosed “sun porch” and the roof was a piece of hard plastic not tacked down on one corner and with the wind blowing it was very loud all night. "My friend and I stayed at this location for a Saturday night while visiting Latacunga. The hotel is nice, but is located next to a discotec. Music from the disco could be heard clearly in our room. The music lasted until about 5AM. We were both unable to sleep. The shower had semi-hot water. For the price was paid for this, I was expecting a lot more than what we received. Definitely not going to stay here ever again."
