We had such a wonderful stay. The owners are so hospitable. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I've stayed at this property twice. First on business; the second with family for an event and the accommodations continue to be great. Clean, comfortable rooms; well stocked bathrooms; great beds; cozy lobby with all of your business and breakfast needs available. If I'm back in Marion, this will be my go to!

In my opinion, this is the best place to stay in Muncie. It's modern and , the rooms are well appointed and the staff are beyond polite.

Looked like the room was completely redone recently. Much better than a year ago. Shower worked great, plenty of hot water and the spray was fine and evenly distributed.

The lobby was inviting and clean. The front desk staff, Riley, was friendly and let us know about many things to do around the area. We swam in the salt water pool and had free breakfast the next morning. Audrey checked us out in the morning. She did a great job also. Our experience was extremely enjoyable. There were even surrounding hotels that we could have chosen, but this one came highly recommended. My family and I will be staying here the next time we come to town and visit family!

Randolph Inn is in a nice area. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast made a good start to the day. The pool was clean and towels provided. We have stayed here several times over the years.

Great value for your wallet. Older but well kept. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will stay there again.

I had come to Muncie, Indiana to visit my Dad who was a resident at Westminster Village.I was staying at the Fairfield Inn when I received word my Dad had passed away. The staff at the Fairfield Inn was so kind to me and my family who came to attend my Dad's funeral. We were given special rates during this time of our loss. We appreciate all the consideration given to us

After a long road this hotel was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, even giving advice on the best eating establishments in the area. I have found all the Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in to be equally excellent.

Did not look before booking- no hot tub, but not deal breaker. Thank you for having regular black tea bags available. Window did let in a lot of cold air, kind of had to keep heat high to regulate. But very clean- thank you

Good hotel and good price

My husband and I just did an overnight stay since we were visiting our daughter at Taylor University. We’ve stayed at the best Western which we thought it was the closest hotel to her. This was the first time that we chose to stay at holiday inn express since it was pet friendly and we were traveling with our dogs. Staying at the holiday inn express was so much cleaner and nicer and service was great compared to the best Western across the highway. We will for sure be staying at this location...
