"The Henlopen was and always has been a great spot for us while on Rehobeth beach. You can’t get more convenient than this location! It is right on the boardwalk but far enough away from the hustle and bustle, so you have the best of both worlds. The rooms are spacious. Parking is a little tight for the hotel side… wis they had more parking options. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The ice machines aren’t very sanitary- prob my biggest complaint. And it wouldn’t normally matter but when you’re at the beach everyday, you want to keep your drinks cold. That ice is not clean enough to put into a glass, only a cooler. Overall we love it and will continue to go back!"

"The room was clean and great for the night. The halls were loud during the night with kids yelling. The breakfast was excellent. Fully stocked, hot and delicious. The lady working was very friendly. My 8 year old son got bread from a nearby Italian restaurant. Brought it back to the hotel. He misunderstood me saying we can ask the hotel (meaning at breakfast the next day) and asked the front desk clerk at 8 PM. She went in and got him plenty of butter for his bread. This made his night! He enjoyed his bread. Thank you to the wonderful worker who made his night!"
