We were in the area to attend a hockey tournament and needed a two-night stay. Everything was very good. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was fine with eggs, bacon, cereals, yogurt, fruits, muffins, juices and coffee.

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff, location is very good too.

This Hyatt is a great addition to the Newark downtown area. Clean, modern and in a good easy to get to area and very walkable portion of downtown.

The breakfast was good and servers had safe gluten free options a frittata and muffin they are individually wrapped. They were kind, friendly, helpful and kept the place very clean.

This hotel location was excellent with plenty of amenities to choose from.

Welcoming staff. You could smell the cleanliness when you walked in the front door. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Clean rooms (& I’m hard to impress in that department) with the exception of a couple of spots on the ceiling that I’m pretty sure could be easily cleaned off. I won’t say what it appeared to be, but they need to clean it off. Pool is NOT heated, just FYI. I only like heated pools, but the rest of the family enjoyed it. Very nice hotel. One breakfast complaint: As with so many hotels, no sense of what tea-drinkers want. A wide selection of flavored "teas" (which are not actually teas), but no simple, normal tea, such as an English Breakfast Tea. This may seen like nit-picking, but it isn't to tea drinkers. You would never treat coffee drinkers this way.

New building, good location with easy access to main highways, next to various restaurants and coffee shops. Clean and safe area. Riverfront walk from hotel. Good easy parking.

We loved our stay at the Ocean Glass Inn. The rooms were cute and very comfortable, including a mini fridge and freezer. The showers were hot and we liked the added touch of a bench outside each room. The breakfast and happy hours were great and generous in what they offered. Staff was all very friendly. Very nice hotel and enjoyed my stay. Suggestion: There are no bars in the bathroom to hold onto either in the shower or around the toilet. I'm 75 and those are really needed to feel save. Elbert

The hotel was clean. Workers were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had nice selection. This will be my first choice for hotels in the future.
