El personal es muy amable y brinda un excelente servicio, fueron flexibles a nuestras peticiones, como cambiar el desayuno el día de la llegada, antes del check in, ya que en la salida no podríamos tomarlo debido a que teníamos que partir temprano. El hotel está muy bien ambientado. Si tú intención es visitar Las ruinas de Pamukkale y las cascadas de cal, caminando está a 5 minutos."
