"I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was...

"Perfect location for getting around or going for long walks. It's in the heart of everything. Lovely staff. Room was nice, clean and comfortable with a little view of the ocean which I greatly appreciated. The lobby area is fantastic for chilling out solo or with a group. I'll definitely be back .....and oh having an ice machine a few steps outside my room was simply wonderful!!!"

"Everything was perfect"

"The breakfast was too expensive and it should come with the room for the price I pay the staff was very helpful and I like where it situated everything you need is right around"

"The room was always cleaned promptly and on schedule, and the staff were consistently pleasant, friendly, and helpful. However, the amenities could be better maintained. Additionally, the room blinds were too see-through and did not adequately block out light at night, which affected the overall comfort and privacy of the room. There were plenty of food options and attractions nearby, many of which were within walking distance. This made it convenient to explore the area, enjoy different dining...

"The room is air-conditioned and suited my two nights. The location was ideal very close to food stores."

"The staff was extremely helpful."

"My experience was really awful. My toilet wasn't working the entire time (3nights) even if I informed the front desk. I didn't sleep for 2 nights as there was a party that was going on until +9:30am Staff also wasn't too friendly as I asked to advise the people to turn down their music on the 3rd night she had an attitude and still went but I wouldn't recommend the place. Breakfast also not good at all and very small portions. I contacted the manager to get compensated and they brushed off...

"I did not stay one night at this property. This is a 'drive thru' motel at best. I need a full refund. "

"Clean room shops like 20 min walking pool very clean"

"The hotel was basic. The restaurant/bar is very good, exceptional employee at the bar and the staff is exceptional"

"I hav"

"If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi."

"Paid for a service and got no booking or check in information. Zero contact from host and Expedia refuse to refund my money . Do not recommend ! BIG SCAM and I’ll and be reporting fraud."

"This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. I believe with some renovations,...
