"The hotel really nice and clean and walking distance to places"

"Muito bom"

It was in an extremely safe neighbourhood and to add to the security this hotel, also had a doorman who greeted you going in and out, but totally non-intrusive. You felt like you were being treated royally and the size of it is just a boutique hotel so there were never any huge crowds in the very quaint lobby, never had to wait for anything...

"Always a fantastic experience. Great hotel great location great staff!"

"My stay at the Omni was an amazing experience. I want to thank Berthe for the amazing hospitality and decorations that she set up for my husband’s birthday. I would also like to shout out to Alton that was so kind and helpful when checking in and sending up a beautiful cake and champagne for my husband. I have stayed at the Omni many times and I’m always so happy when I walk away. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff from housekeeping to the valets to the front desk. We will be back sooner...

"Rooms were amazing. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceptional"

"The bedside outlets are so loose our phones did not charge overnight and there was a bedside lamp missing from the wall. The toilet was not the cleanest. The employees were very nice."
