Room was clean and spacious- huge bathroom! Some wallpaper was peeling and walls and ceiling showed a little age but nothing to ruin a stay. Breakfast was a beautiful spread of choices- I appreciated the choice of lots of proteins at breakfast- scrambles eggs, loved the pot full of chopped bacon, hard boiled eggs and sausage. Staff friendly and helpful - good location close to NOMA metro convenient for transportation. Great stay.

overall, we had a good stay here during our family trip to washington, dc. the location was convenient for getting around and sightseeing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. when we first arrived very late at night, we discovered that the couch in our room was wet. the hotel was sold out, so they weren’t able to move us that night, but the staff apologized and tried to help with the situation. aside from that issue, we enjoyed our stay. the room worked well for our family, breakfast was convenient, and we had a great time exploring dc.

If you are visiting White House and other Capital places this is a good place to stay. Parking is very limited, Valet parking is expensive (75$) but right opposite to the property there is [public parking cost 15$/24 hr and its convenient. Breakfast is available and is good, there is a small bar with limited option and limited quick bites menu. Value for money. Nice big rooms and bathrooms.

Breakfast was very good many option and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, although there was no microwave in the room. Valet parking is quite expensive at $65 per day. However, there is parking available for around $10 to 15 per day within about one kilometre behind the hotel. I recommend checking SpotHero before booking, as it can be a much more affordable parking option.

The hotel is nice. The staff was more than helpful. However, the rooms were not that great. Pillows, sheets , blanks terrible.The phone in the room didn’t work. Room cleaning wasn’t done when requested. The AC unit in the room filter was open when I got into the room and it was very dirty.

I appreciated the young man that checked me in. He was very kind and courteous. TThe rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was well-organized and accessible. The wifi was not a secured line.. that was my only dislike with the property.
