Service friendly and professional. Location great for walking to the Mall. Restaurant warm and excellent service and the food you need after a day of touring. Highly recommend!!

Had a small issue with Airco on first night but the Hamilton hotel team quickly responded and, change rooms and provided an upgraded room. Hotel staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and in gagging. Perfect location, wry central.

The protestors were not peaceful. Well a few were, but most were anarchists. I did feel safe and peaceful in the hotel however.

I went to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. It is a very somber, yet thought-provoking place.
