"The apartment is clean, lovely, and up to spec. I had a couple of difficulties but they were resolved by the staff. A very comfortable stay!"

"Great location, beautiful historically registered 1892 Victorian style house. The host could not have been more friendly and his dog was a delight. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Myself and family enjoyed our stay close to metro DC attractions and many more site seeing. Definitely would recommend and stay again."

"Clean"

"Great stay!"

"Great location, super comfortable, spacious and modern apartment. Property owners were easy to reach and super reliable within timely manner. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for the great stay and hospitality during our DC trip."

"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances. ...

"This is a great, central location!"

"The accommodation is in an old brownstone row-house with charm and located in a nice area close to good restaurant options and to the Woodley Street Metro station and bus stops serving downtown DC. Though old, the basic necessities are very clean and well maintained."

"Great place, location, and owners. It was perfect for my daughter’s Georgetown graduation weekend."

"The accommodations were excellent. Lots of space for me and family of four children. Love the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. There were ants too, although this was a minor problem for me, more so the children. Overall, my stay was...

"This is a far cry from a “sexy penthouse”. The space was much smaller than expected, it was also not cleaned very well. I had to go around cleaning myself when I arrived. Dirty handprints on the cabinets, walls are dirty, hair in the bathroom and somehow on the ceiling, there was also random hair in our bedding, the floors left the bottom of our feet black no matter how much we tried to clean it. Overall gross. The only reason we stayed for the 5 days was because we had no where else to book and...

"Great clean space. Really enjoyed it"

"Easy to find, easy to get in, spacious "

"Perfect location and affordable."

"The place was safe and secure, quiet and really clean! Comfy also....nice comfy bed, hot shower and the location was close to TONS of eating/drinking....Maxwells wine bar, Ghost Burger, Lost and Found bar, great coffee places withinn walking --Joy coffee house. We will book again here, my brother was a 10 minute walk from us, so convenient!!"

"Its clean but no elevator - climbed the stairs to my 4th floor rental while carrying suitcase and backpack. Other than that, good value."

"Great host! Perfect Stay!"
