I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. "Great location and extremely responsive hosts. Close to all the major museums/sites and within driving distance to those that are in outlying areas. Great locally owned restaurants and bodega/convenience store next door for those items you forgot to bring. We would definitely stay here again."

"Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. "
