"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances. ...

I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. "I would rate this as one of the best experiences I’ve had. The property was easy to access, very clean, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptional and went above and beyond in every way. I arrived around 2:30 AM and was still able to communicate with him without any issues to access the property, which says a lot about his professionalism and care for his guests. I would absolutely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again."
