"Real Heat! Real Hot Water! ibis Ouarzazate was a warm welcome from the night before (no heat in the building). The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. My room had a good view of the surrounding area and there were many places to eat nearby. The staff was friend but not over barring. I will lodge here the next time I am in Ouarzazate."

I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. "Superbe accueil de Mohamed dans cette petite auberge. Un peu excentrée du centre de Ouarzazate, mieux vaut etre véhiculé, ou prendre des petits taxis. La chambre etait un peu petite. Tres bon petit dejeuner. "
