"After traveling 12 hours, we received a call from the hotel just minutes before arrival asking if we would switch from a double queen room we had reserved to a king room. I explained that we specifically needed the double queen room and was told there had been an "incident" and there was no choice. When we arrived about 5 minutes later, we were then told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the room needed to be cleaned--even though it was already 9 PM and we were exhausted. "Enjoyed the pool. Shower door in my room was off the tracks, water leaked quite a bit."

"Towels were messy with black streaks, saw two bugs, and no necessities besides a bar of soap."

Walls in both rooms had what looked like food stains to the point I took photos as to not be charged like we had done that .one wall had sheet rick knocked off on a corner . What I felt like was not up to code was , no vent fan in the bathroom!! Seriously ? No vent fat !"
