"Overall a great hotel."

"Beautiful hotel, clean, amazing facilities, really friendly staff and really nice food. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat"

"Didn't have good experience with front desk staff for check-in and check-out. Check-in person offered an upgrade to a room with views, however, the room was facing another property under construction and there were no views. Check-out person took forever because they didn't have clear & correct paperwork and she couldn't figure it out; made us late to airport and almost missed our flight. Rooms are dated and bed covers were dirty with stains. Steam room, sauna and pool are really good."

"Exzellenter Service, stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - Excellent service, always helpful and courteous"

And when we finally got to the hotel, the hotel front desk was not at all ready for us, even though we had clearly informed them...

"Stay was good and front Desk Staff Very Helpful"

The accommodations were distinctly neglected, characterized by an unhygienic bathroom, a broken sink, unclean kitchenware, a shabby refrigerator, and an absence of standard room elements like table lamps and stationery. Furthermore, providing heavy quilts without proper bedding sheets during the summer indicates a...
