"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check...

"To be honest, and in my personal opinion, I don’t feel this hotel currently deserves a 5-star rating, especially considering the price. Our stay was unfortunately not a particularly pleasant experience. We had to change rooms because of unpleasant smells, especially on the lower floors. To be fair, the staff were helpful and arranged alternative rooms on higher floors, which I appreciated. The best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the spectacular sea view and peaceful location. "Petit déjeuner Le casino excepté pour l assise ( chaises en mauvais état)"

"Great stay for a week lots of activities, right next to the beach. Rooms spacious enough for 4. Lovely views from the room on the balcony and a ten minute walk into alvor town. Happy holidays"

"Top Service, Hotelzimmern mit sehr schöner Aussicht, schön und funktional eingerichtet."

"Bel hôtel, mais plus un 3/4 étoiles qu’un 5 étoiles . Le buffet est satisfaisant mais aucun changement dans les repas en 4 jours sur place. Plus de serviettes à la piscine à 11h je n’ai jamais vu cela. On nous dit d’attendre 15h"

"This hotel is heaven. The staff were super helpful and lovely. The beach was amazing. The food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The spa was fantastic. I had a massage and facial. My only comment would be that the bakery/cafe by the pool stay open later. I was a solo traveler and I had the most relaxing and peaceful stay."

"Room was spacious"

"Hotel was in a great location . Very walkable to city center and boardwalk. Breakfast was very good . Lots of fresh fruit , everything was restocked throughout breakfast hours . Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms could use some updating, not a lot of privacy with the sliding door . Not a lot of counter space . Some sort of shelving would be useful . Staff were super friendly and helpful when asked questions ."

"Clean room, great location and bartenders were fabulous as well as reception. Especially Daniella, Fabio and Ricardo!"
