"Expedia y la propiedad no aclararon los cargos y tuve que esperar casi 1 hora a que acreditaron el total del dinero que ya había pagado por adelantado. Reserven directamente"

"The telephone called not answered. The housekeeping did not clean the room, linen was not changed, and the coffee supplies not replenished day after the check in day (second day)."

"Very well managed property"

"The room was filthy! I had bugs in my room, all over the walls as well as bodily fluids. (I took pictures to share with the hotel and Expedia) unfortunately the staff wouldn’t help with a refund for atleast one night. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves. I would highly recommend not staying at this property. It’s very unsanitary & I can’t believe it passes health codes. So disappointing all around. Room 235"

"New owner and newly renovated. Very satisfied with all aspects of the property and staff."

"I booked one night for the Radford Inn, which I chose through Expedia. However, the hotel rep over the phone said the reservation was under the Quality Inn. Same hotel, two different names and rates. Either Expedia ought to addresses this issue, or the hotel runs a questionable business. My reservation was not found under either hotel name, so Expedia did resolve the problem on my behalf. I have as unable to check out because the man at the counter said they don’t do check-outs at that time of...

"Loved everything about it and more!"

"This property was perfect for our weekend. We wanted a private, quiet getaway. This was it! The location was perfect. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and simple. The cabin itself was adorable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of coffee and fixins (which we needed!); thank you for that! It rained the entire weekend, but the fire out looked so inviting. I’m sorry that we missed utilizing that. We will definitely return whenever we get the chance."

"Dylan was great at communicating with me leading up to my stay. Cabin just down the road from Meadows of Dan . Have great coffee shop and places to eat. Just down the road from Mabry Mill . Close to the parkway. A definite place to put on a re-do next time in the area. Loved the ambiance . Cozy and loved the porch!."

"Is a nice cabin but was not as quiet as expected given proximity to highway/truck & road noise. "

"This was a great stay! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! Host had great hospitality, super kind, and very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again when in the area next! Highly recommended! :)"

"Nice accommodations, well kept!Peaceful setting."

"We absolutely loved the location. The cabin was beautiful, quiet and very relaxing. We look forward to visiting again. The host was very easy to reach and quick with communication. Thank you for such an awesome stay!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was ready on time, clean, and communication with the host was great. The cabin was private and had a back covered deck perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The location was great with easy access to wineries and Floyd."

"Beautiful home with great views - our family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, plenty of space, and it looked better than the pictures from the listing. The garage is a great perk too. Home is surrounded by so much wildlife and beautiful fruit bushes and trees. Front porch sunsets are amazing! The only issue we had was at checkout, the cleaning crew came early while we were finishing packing up, and said checkout time was 10am, even though the listing and email confirmed 10:30am....
