"Friendly easy check in.. even the staff we crossed on our way to our room were friendly. Room was very clean & it’s very spacious with separate sitting room. Although close to elevators it was very quiet. Great nights sleep. Micro/fridge kitchenette area. Not far from attractions in “Mayberry”. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy & some other items. Clean & well maintained area. Easy check out. "

"Check in was easy, but was charged extra for a rollaway bed that is advertised as Free, Asked for extra towels- Gave me a hard time- even though I was honest about the amount of people staying. All the other staff were pretty nice. "

"I reserved a room with a bathtub 3 weeks ahead of time and when I arrived, they didn't have one available. The staff member blamed Hotels.com for the mix up and did nothing to rectify the situation. The shampoo dispensers were nearly empty, breakfast was continental and ok at best. Was not worth the price. It also claims it's a convenient distance to Virginia Tech, but for that price, I'd rather stay at a different location. It took nearly 30 minutes to get to the University."
