We discovered, in the middle of the night, that we didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper. It made one feel that perhaps it hadn't had the greatest attention to cleaning. Also, when we tried to get a blanket for the pull out couch, all they could find to bring us was an additional stack of sheets. It truly wasn't terrible, just not great either. "
