The convenience and accessibility to everything, safe area as well. And the breakfast abd dining area is elegant and great food .

This was one of the BEST hotels that we stayed during our vacation, new, clean, best staff, wonderful brackish , the only problem was the miss info about the location, which I think Hotels. Com was responsible for it. Otherwise everything else was better than perfect

The property is in the center of everything! We love it. The apartment itself was spacious and well maintained. It is located on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator.

Our room was enormous and modern, more comfortable than I expected staying in an historic castle. beds very comfortable; extremely quiet and peaceful setting. the restaurant has amazing sunset views, definitely worth eating there. menu was a bit limited, but enough choices if you're only there a few nights. breakfast service was wonderful, but overall the staff was a bit vague and seemed overworked/understaffed. there isn't a bar but you could buy wine from the front desk and enjoy...

Loved the small vineyard on the property and the view of the surrounding mountains. The host was friendly and helpful. When we couldn't get a taxi to respond on a Sunday morning she drove us into town herself! This place was a taste of real Italy off the beaten tourist path.

Even in many five star hotels, the food is just very good. The food at your hotel was exquisite! The staff was wonderful, the location couldn't have been better, and the view was wonderful. We'll be back!

I saw this hotel about 6 months ago when I went to Sacile for dinner and thought, I want to stay here next time. It is close to everything being on the main square. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the personnel exceptionally friendly and helpful. It also offers free parking. Hotel staff were kind enough to make dinner reservations for me at 2 lovely restaurants. My room faced the square, had 3 windows and a nice tub/shower combination. Staff was extremely helpful in helping us locate a place for laundry and super friendly. Located close to city canter and what a party the city was having the night we arrived! Would stay here again!
