When we book the breakfast the evening before and we’re told it was fully booked! Very disappointed with the wrong information provided and not willing to make any adjustments after...

"Laundry in the room is useful. But location is a little far from station is you are walking with luggages."

"Very clean, spacious and family friendly"

"Staff was nice. The laundry machine was a life saver. Bed and bath was clean. The furniture and walls were noticeably blemished. Good location though."

"The hotel location was ideal and at the train/subway station, including a direct access to the station. The room had 3 beds and was also ideal for our family. The room cleanliness was fine but lacking in common areas such as hallways and elevators. We stayed for 3 nights and saw the same common areas had not been vacuumed or trash picked up."

"キャナルシティーに隣接なのでとても便利でした。"

"Really like the bathtub in the room, good staff and clean room. It’s also near a good mall with lots of options. Convenient location as well."

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. The amenities were excellent, especially the pajamas. It’s also very close to the station, which was really convenient. I had a wonderful stay."
