As the saying goes, you get the service you pay for, but at no point did it feel like they made any effort to provide a good guest experience. Instead, it felt like we were just another number—just another dollar figure to them.”"

"The room was clean and odor free. It is a suite, so it had full dinnerware, glasses, and utensils. This came in very handy, we shopped at the local HyVee for food and cooked it in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C was working properly."

"Staff were friendly. However, hotel was not well maintained. In my room, the microwave was broken, there was no tv remote, and there was not coffee pot or coffee. At breakfast, there was no coffee or hot water."
