"The front desk lady is wonderful and helpful. Isabella is a tiny island but the hotel Is a nice respite from snorkeling. Their sister property is anat is right down the beach and offers lounge chairs under umbrellas with views of the sea. Breakfast is great. Roof terrace could use some lounges and a bit more shade though. "

"The was amazing! Max and Susanna were wonderful hosts/front desk personnel. They were always helpful and spoke English very clearly which was also helpful. We were a little spoiled, and had the top room that had the terrace with an amazing view and access to the eating area next door. You could hear the sea lions outside, and the hotel was easily assessable to everything. It's literally across the street from the port/ferry. There's a little mini market next-door, which made things convenient and they provide filtered water on each floor of the hotel. The only downside was the stairs after a long day, but San Cristobal was so special and didn't really matter. The breakfast were also very good. They made to order eggs every morning and had fruit and yogurt. I will definitely stay there again!"

"This was a very cute hotel with a balcony, hot shower, and AC. The service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! While our room rate didn’t come with breakfast, they provide coffee/tea and a water refill station in the lobby. Our room was clean, and we had a comfortable one-night sleep after a redeye. The only minor complaints were the WiFi, as it was a bit spotty at night, and the hot water— the temperature constantly changes, so you have to manage it between two knobs."
