"Really poor service – manager had no idea we had made the reservation through Hotels.com or what Hotels.com even is… It took a hour of the manager calling someone outside the hotel and looking at the reservation confirmation ion my phone before we were able to check in. The room was really dirty and I feel I have pretty low standards. There were quite a few hairballs in the room and in the bathroom. Hotels.com reservation said the room included airport transport. "The fridge and the TV in room didn't work, the pool was green, the bar photographed on their web site is closed and has mould growing up all the the walls. We had to sweep many cigarette butts away from the landing outside our front door, most of the pot plants around the property have long been dead, I could go with more on but you get the picture."

"Have stayed here on many previous occasions and keep coming back. This occasion was marred by music on the beach side of the property which did not stop until past midnight. This certainly disturbed our sleep before an early morning flight. Otherwise, recent renovations have improved bathrooms and AC. Decent breakfast. Lovely location on the beach with good pool. "This is a very nice place to stay. Near the beach but an oasis of calm in the hotel. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I liked the pool for my water yoga and there was always some shade and sunshine so you could be comfortable."

"The hotel sits alone as a quality hotel in the area. It was very quiey but filled up quickly due to a conference. The beach is ok, but allow for lots of rubbish washing ashore. The hotel room was nice - a bit tight for our suitcases but it had everything. The coffee in the room was old and we just binned it.
