Hotel with a Concierge in Gedongtengen from AED 97

"Overall the hotel was very nice but we did have an issue with customer service. We had booked a room that included breakfast for two. But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast. We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time. We chatted with hotels.com. They called the hotel and asked that breakfast be provided as it was included in the booking. The hotel...

"If you want decent service this hotel is not for you. The service was shockingly bad none of the front of house staff or restaurant staff spoke any english which resulted in every order wrong whether it be food or drinks, the hotel itself is clean the room is good but the staff are awful maybe because they cannot communicate they seem rude and ignorant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there are far better quality hotels in the area for a better price "

"The first room was infested by ants but we got moved to another. Not that much better and quite dirty. The pool area and garden was quite nice and the best thing is the location right a few mins from Malioboro street. We had an incident where passport disappeared then was mysteriously put back after we threatened to phone the pokice"

"The room condition is not the one in the picture. Definitely need to refurbish. The smell of the room is unbearable. Bathroom condition is poor and bedding I think it’s too old and need to change. The staff is friendly, they change my room upon my complain, but upstairs is only slightly better. Still not like the picture at all. Location is convenient, but other then that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Basically, too old and need to revamp. "
