"Staff were amazing! Very difficult though to purchase a glass of wine despite advertised on menu. Disappointing/surprised that a 4 star hotel charged £4 for an accidental breakage of a coffee cup! Hotel was fine for a couple of nights stay."

"The room wasn't really clean, I found cockroach in the toilet. The television chann sometimes gone, but if you don't watch tv it doesn't matter. The area pretty strategic. And the receptionist service very good. "

"普通に満足しましたが、フェイス タオルが初日は1枚のみ、2日目には1枚も置いてありませんでしたので手を洗ったあともボディタオルを使うしかありませんでした。アメニティは用意して行ったので特に不便はありませんでしたが、本当に最低限のものしか置いてません。ご参考まで。"
