"Well-located, clean, beautiful view. We loved our stay; we will definitely be back and highly recommend it."

"The reason why my overall rating was terrible is because I arrived to check in at 3:30pm and was told my room was not ready. I understand if I had to wait to 4:00pm or even alittle later. However, other people continued to check in and get keys, I was told to wait as my room was not ready. I was not allowed to check in until 7:00pm! I don't know why they could not just reassign the room as it is a standard room and not keep me waiting. Moreover, they were aware that they had cleaning...

"Location, restaurants, staff. I wish the rooms had 2 real beds"

"Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in quite some time. EV charger didn’t seen to be functioning for us or several other Tesla owners. My app told me the power source was bad. Clean rooms, nice staff."

"Very nice room, even with a massage chair. Complementary breakfast was good."

"Clean and large room but dated furniture."

"Great hotel, clean and modern, mostapha, very friendly, we are located, A+"

"Everything was wonderful! Fast, friendly service, breakfast was great and easy parking! I wish the pool would be open at 7am; 9am is last if you got to check out by 11."

"The room smell like sticky feet! it’s terrible"

"Everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was seamless, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal. Truly a 5-star experience!"

"Overall just an OK experience. Front desk lady wasn’t very friendly. Kind of a sour attitude. The bed needed to be swapped out. It dipped so badly inwards I had to switch to the other bed. Also the hot water is ungodly hot. I had it middle temperature on the faucet handle and it came out scorching hot. So be mindful of the water temperature. For $300/night it wasn’t ideal."

"This hotel has no front desk or physical staff, which we knew beforehand. Small glitch for us at the start when we received the text with our room number but without the code. We sent a text requesting the code and were good to go before we arrived at the property. We visit the area fairly often and found this place close to Polly's Pancake Parlor and Franconia Notch State Park. It is an older inn in good shape. Most of the first floor is dedicated to entertainment and access to a coffee...

"Arrived at 9:30pm on day of arrival after choosing “Reserve Now, Pay Later”. Owner said he was about to cancel my reservation because he couldn’t charge my card(wasn’t allowed to) and said that he should charge me a fee for showing up “late”, I was not at all late. Went back and forth with me over the fact that he tried to charge my card before I arrived, which is not allowed, and that he couldn’t call my number(because Expedia blocked it). Inside of rooms are nice, owner is not."

"Not clean noise problem can’t sleep at night"

"Stunning property right at the beginning of Kanc from Lincoln!"
