"Our family recently stayed at this hotel in Blue Mountain Village and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The property itself was clean, well appointed, and perfectly located right in the heart of Blue Mountain Village, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made for a very enjoyable stay. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was Sarah at the front desk. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Traveling with family can sometimes be hectic, but Sarah made the check-in process smooth and stress-free while making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her positive attitude, patience, and outstanding customer service left a lasting impression on our family. Thank you, Sarah, for helping make our stay such a memorable one — we would happily return again."
